We built our platform to bridge the gap between commercial energy usage and grid stability. Jerry joined DemandQ in 2016, bringing over 25 years of leadership and engineering experience in enterprise software. His top priorities include transforming energy management, helping partners succeed, and delivering smarter, more sustainable managed spaces. Before joining DemandQ, Jerry served as Engineering Manager at Dynatrace and Vice President of Product Development at BEZ Systems. He has also held senior engineering roles at commercial software companies.

Sital is a control theory expert with extensive experience in AI/ML and automation. He excels at developing and optimizing complex automated systems through rapid prototyping and research, including robust simulations for control and connectivity solutions. His diverse background spans robotics, aerospace, and building automation, showcasing his ability to enhance data accuracy and optimize system performance across various applications.
Director, System Operations Engineering
Greg is a systems engineering expert who specializes in performance optimization and analysis. With backgrounds in field engineering, automation, sensing, and robotics, he oversees and manages the tuning of DemandQ's system models, parameterization, and performance through sophisticated oversight processes, end-to-end.
